  •   Could be a great class, better than described.

Pros : You can be very creative not just make charms as they describe and show. There are so many materials to use in your creation it is overwhelming. Read up and go in with an idea of what you want to see. The materials are expensive so the class is worth the price.
Cons : The instructor I. Charge of the class was unprepared and not very knowledgeable. Her assistant knew more, I like to know a summary of the steps we will be doing before we begin, but they only told us part, then would go step by step. For instance when I was concerned about the imperfection of an edge she said to keep working on it with another tool, then after drying I find out we can sand the drey product before firing, They also did not assemble and prepare the torches before class, causing some of us to had unfilled torches or they ran out—-when I restarted I ended up overheating one of my pendants and ruining it, we were rushing to burnish our work, and had no idea we had to rub it with a tool to shine it. When I sparked about alternative tools so I could do it at home the answer was lacking—-I went home, read up on it and Lund I could even use a spoon! My work could have been so much better if I knew the steps. The class ended up in overtime.
Other Thoughts : The class was scheduled to end at the time the store closed. There was no time for shopping and buying supplies so I can do this at home. I really didn’t know what supplies I would need until I finished since they only described one step at a time as described above. The time of the classes is not a good decision, shortchanging the store of income opportunity.
