Pros : Much improved design from the original snap ons. The screw really holds the clip on the holder.
Cons : Definitely use jewelry tools to secure.

Pros : Perfect size and priced to sell!
Cons : To overcome the challenge of securing the tiny little screw/bolt, I use two pairs of jewelry size needle-nose pliers (one in each hand). The left hand squeezes the prongs with the screw already inserted and the right hand turns the little bolt until tight.
Other Thoughts : In response to the other reviewer regarding suggested adhesives, I have used both the Triolyse (item #77201) and E-6000 (item #8919) with equal success.
