Registration

The Artist Gallery is provided by the DelphiGlass.com website where artists from
around the world can come together to share their work and provide inspiration and creativity. Delphi Glass reserves the right to not post or remove any entry for any reason.
Gallery submission grants Delphi Glass permission to publish individual's face and/or project
photographs or likeness as well as first and last names in a variety of marketing formats. Photographs may be used
only for promotional purposes in various print advertisements, Delphi Glass publications, Delphi Glass HTML email transmissions, the Delphi Glass website and other online venues. Images will be used only in a positive and professional manner.
By posting into this section you represent and warrant that: (i) you own the content posted by you or otherwise
have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of your content does not
violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You
agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any content posted by
you to DelphiGlass.com. Resale of Artist Gallery entries or Free Pattern Exchange entries or their likenesses is prohibited.
