Pros : Golden color remains true. Great for a shimmer effect.
Cons : None. It's mica.
Other Thoughts : Mica doesn't fuse to glass so a little is all that's necessary. Capping it makes it a more brilliant shine. Learn what mica does and doesn't do by doing some test tiles. Some micas don't hold up to firing, but this one does.
