E6000 glue #8919 or similar glass adhesive, 4" x 4" clear glass tile or a frame of equal size. Plus, basic glass cutting and fusing tools. Delphi suggests the Fuseworks Microwave Kiln Kit #424848 which includes the kiln, a glass cutter, and assortment of glass, and your basic fusing supplies.
