Ringstar Running Pliers

The jaws of the pliers I received do not line up evenly. If I put the score line evenly in the window, the breaker point on the other jaw is not lined up and instead of a clean break I get crushed glass. Very frustrating!
Too bad I didn't try them out right away and am past the 30 day refund period. Now I have to buy another pair of pliers.
