Pros : Just like the basic black dress, this silver dichroic is a staple with my fusing. I use it as a backing to transparent glass to get a wonderfully sparkly look. I also use it on top on of other dichroic glass and etch patterns on the silver so that the dichroic below shows through. It is very versatile.

Pros : This is the dichroic glass I use most -- not only does it impart a beautiful sparkle on top, but it turns any transparent glass into a dichroic-looking glass when used as a base layer!
Cons : none
Other Thoughts : When marking with a sharpie, be sure to mark on the non-coated side. Marker does not like to come off the dichroic coating!

Pros : Very consistent. My students refer to small chips as diamonds since it looks like little sparkly diamonds when sprinkled on a piece and fused.
Cons : On the brittle side, sometimes does not score well.
Other Thoughts : Overall excellent and well worth it.
