Pros
I've been using my Delphi EZ-Pro 15-6 for over 2 years now and have had tremendous success (and fun) making fused glass art. It's easy to use, reliable, easy to program and large enough to allow a wide range of projects.

Cons
None that I can think of.

Other Thoughts
I'm so pleased to have a kiln that has allowed me to grow as a glass artist. I look forward to getting a larger one someday.

I use these regularly and am very pleased with their ability to protect my hands as well as how flexible they are to preserve my dexterity.

Cons
None that I can think of.

Excellent selection of transparants and opaques as well as streakies and other specialty glasses. Pleased with colors.

None that I can think of.

Other Thoughts
My Mega pack was all 10x10s which is perfect for what I do.
