have to take shield off, water splashes on it, so you cant see where your cutting even with the light. wear a smock or an old long sleeve shirt. wear your goggles when you take the shield off.
I gave it one star because I am having problems with the belt and the blade. this will be my second time sending in this machine. I only have been able to run it a couple of hours, then the blade breaks. I have already been cut once from the piece of blade flying off the machine. unfortunately, Gemini, keeps sending me a blade and belt thinking this will solve the problem. you can clearly see the belt is rubbing on the plastic. you can smell the rubber burning as well. they are giving me a hard time about replacing this machine for a new one. this machine is expensive, so are the blades. so think twice before you purchase such as expensive piece of machinery. just because it is USA made, does not mean its quality material stuff. clearly this is a lemon. they need to take responsibility for this. i'm losing money instead of making it!
