Bio

In 2009 Tes Harris achieved her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma. She has shown in multiple exhibitions and holds awards for her work as a sculptor. In 2006 she received the John R. Potts Jr. Sculputre Award and in 2007 she was presented the Mainsite Contemporary Sculpture Award. She preferrs not to limit herself to one medium but rather enjoys expressing herself through a variety of materials. Her work encompasses fusing glass, wood-working, welding steel, hand-building and throwing clay as well as utilizing found objects.
