Pros
It could be used for something, i just haven't quite decided what yet.

Cons
I bought it thinking I could use it for night light covers and when I got it out of the box I was really shocked at how small it was. Its very, very small. I don't think it will work for me.

image is deceptive of true size.

It sparkles! Looks just as good once fired.

Cons
It isn't available in every other color. Spectrum how about Adventurine Red next??

You can attach them to your pendants without drilling.

Cons
Small adhesive surface, I find they are often coming off. Need to sand down the back of the pendant to keep it in place.
