Contains great color choices; perhaps 500+ pieces. Most pieces are square.

Cons
Out of the 500 pieces, approx. 10 are irregularly shaped or have minor scratches on the Dicro surface.

Other Thoughts
I think this is a great bargain and I love feeling that I can use the dicro without being frugal!

I have a 6" high chamber in my kiln; this mold barely fits inside (once you get the top drop ring and glass placed on it) Had to heat slowly, but it worked great. Also, make sure you kiln-wash it really well, the lower level seems to be persnickety about releasing the glass!

Love that the holes are big enough to allow the glass to flow. Holds 3 lbs of glass without problems!

My kiln is 6" deep. This pot would fit better if it were slightly shorter and bigger around, but that's a personal preference, not a "con". It fit ok, but it was nervously close to the elements by the time I got it propped on the stilts and the support. Just made sure my pieces were cut short enough that they didn't poke out of the top. Overall, awesome product, and I still gave it 5 stars!

Pot Melt Mold Support

Pros
My kiln has a round 15" chamber that is 6" high. The pot melt support fit easily inside my kiln! Sturdy support for my pot plus 3 lbs of glass. I love the beveled hole, makes my bowl nestle down and stay put. I am very happy with this item!

I counted 140 pieces in the 1/4 bag. Great value for the price! Very handy to have around!

Most of them are square, but a couple are rectangle. The excess was easy to cut off, so not a "Con" to me. Very happy with this product.

6" Foot Drape Mold

Pros
I've tried to create a footed bowl, and the hardest part is centering the upper and lower pieces. This mold takes the guesswork away!

Cons
No cons to speak of. It is the most expensive mold I own, but I believe it's worth the cost. I even ordered a second one!

Other Thoughts
This mold can be used with a variety of drop rings, not just it's intended partner.

Floral Fusing Plate

Neat idea...but not functional or practical.

Cons
the design is very difficult to work with. The carvings are shallow and close together, which make it very fragile. Only lasted one firing, then small pieces between the stems and leaves chipped away! Its also an odd size; slumping it into a place is not practical because the place is too small for any use.

Other Thoughts
I filled the design with frit powder; almost impossible to contain the powder within the design--add too much and it bleeds away from the design making it look sloppy. If you don't add enough, then it is too faint.
