Perfect for me, March 17, 2012 5 stars

Pros
I really like the easy of an oil free cutter. I used an oiled one for a few years and then I switched to this. It was such an upgrade for me! (I was previously using a regular steel wheel cutter).

Cons
I'm not sure if I'm using the cutter right sometimes. The head swivels and sometimes when making a straight line it moves. I think I simply need more practice with it. Otherwise, no cons.

Pros
I use this iron with lead free solder and it makes a very even bead. I am surprised at how well it works without a rheostat and how fast it heats up. I have used it for a couple projects already and it has yet to let me down!

Cons
The handle does get a bit hot, but not overly so that I have to stop soldering.

Other Thoughts
I got this iron as part of a starter pack here. I would recommend it for its low price and good quality.
