Safety Break System
On thin glass, you can break out very intricate curves with no flares, etc. The scores run beautifully. On thick art glass, with a good score the glass breaks very cleanly. I really appreciated Morton's tips on how to train your scoring and breaking pressure. I am still working on it, but I have improved a lot. This is the first tool I grab for breaking.
Occasionally, no matter what I do, the glass refuses to break. This is often thicker glass near the rolled edge. It is probably operator error, but I am glad to have my pliers or grozers then. Very small pieces don't like to break either.
I have not played much yet on breaking out circles.
