No problems slipping. Measurements true to the ruler. Easy to use. Not bulky.
Not good for dichroic.
I would have given this machine 5 stars, but it misses for me because of what happens to dichroic I use it on. I have tried cutting on the plain and dichroic sides and either way the dichroic chips off randomly as I break the edges away. I even asked my dichroic instructor and the owner of the local glass store to give me tips and/or demo how NOT to chip it, and they were not successful. I would not have purchased it had I known about this, because I specifically bought it for a project that needed various sizes of dichroic circles. On a happy note, I have been able to use it for other projects that do not require dichroic, and it works like a champ!
