Bio

Dayna Sabatino is owner at Day Breaks Glass Studio in Bethel Vermont. The studio is home to a full workshop of classes in stained glass and mosaic art and a local artisans gallery. Dayna has been creating and teaching stained glass and mosaic art for 20 years. She studied stained glass while working at the Stained Glass Garden in Berkeley, Ca., eventually becoming an instructor there, working in repairs and restoration with Starbow Studios and creating works for commission artist Sabina Frank. Dayna also managed the Mosaic Studio Supply for The Institute of Mosaic Art, in Oakland, Ca. before heading back to the East Coast with her glass business in tow. Dayna lives off grid on 100 Acres of land in Vermont with her husband and 2 children, many chickens, ducks and pigs. Dayna teaches her own stained glass and mosaic workshops throughout the state of Vermont with a growing curriculum each year.
