Pros
The slot for the bracket works well with the bracket that Delphi sells and the switch is thin enough that the glass can almost touch it without keeping someone from hitting the switch.

Cons
The light bulbs are really touchy. Generally, I have replaced the light bulb rather than having to keep fiddling with it to make it work.
