  •   Love these!

Pros : These pliers have made a huge difference in the way I cut glass. I am now able to cut deeper curves and longer straight lines with less breakage. Well worth the money!
Cons : Not quite as effective on thicker glass, but a light tap underneath the score helps.
Other Thoughts : You do need to practice when you first get these to learn how much pressure to use. If you use the same pressure as with the heavier pliers you're used to you can shatter the glass.

  •   Best Running Pliers!
By on
Pros : -Breaks even the tightest inside curve -works even when you start in the middle -Orientation of the pliers doesn't seem to matter as much as with standard running pliers
Cons : Really haven't found any yet!
Other Thoughts : I bought these pliers when, after a move, I misplaced my others. Now I will never go back. These are the best, ever. Once you try them, you will realize they are worth the extra money.

  •   The best running plier ever made!
By on
Pros : It's lightweight Well-made Adjustable (unique) head replaceable though rarely needs to be replaced!
Cons : Could use a deeper "neck" to accommodate a larger piece of glass
Other Thoughts : Of course you could always use a glass saw...but that's cheating!! I've used this tool for over 15 years and it's the best for breaking that risky inside curve!! It is one of the most valuable tools in my tool box!! I wish I could give this 6 stars! Love you Delphi...Keep up the good work!!!

  •   Worth every $$$

Pros : These running pliers have saved me hours/days of frustration and many sheets of glass, especially when cutting tricky curves or ‘unfriendly’ types of glass. Wish I had bought these years ago.

  •   Beware
By on
Pros : Lightweight
Cons : Very difficult to use. requires a lot of hand strength. EXPENSIVE!
Other Thoughts : I bought these after hand surgery based on the reviews. I thought if they were easier on my hands, they would be worth the high price. I was stunned at how difficult they were to use. They required more strength than I had. They did a terrible job running my score. I had my husband try and he also found them to be very hard to use compared to my other inexpensive pliers. and even for him they produced poor quality runs. I am able to use my original pliers with ease even after surgery. Thankfully I was able to return these. I recommend trying these before buying them.I will be sticking with Studio Pro running pliers for about $8.00. They really do a great job. Also Studio Pros are not too bad on my hands.

  •   Quickly Pay For Themselves
By on
Pros : Outstanding ability to run tight inside curves without wasting glass. Less hand pressure required eliminates hand cramps. Moveable top jaw piece allows more flexibility along the break with less glass moving.
Cons : Requires 3-5 minutes of practice when you receive them to understand how much less pressure is required than standard running pliers.
Other Thoughts : Wish I received a commission for each one sold to friends after they used mine just one time.

  •   Good Pliers
By on
Pros : I really like these pliers. Easy to line up on the cut line and easy on the hand when squeezing.
Cons :
Other Thoughts : Takes a bit to get used to how to apply the pressure, but my hand don't hurt after breaking many pieces of glass!

  •   Best Running Pliers ever!
By on
Pros : These are by far the best pliers for breaking glass. I've made cuts, including nibbling ones with much better results. Glass waste is significantly down.
Cons : I could only suggest making the neck deeper for longer reaches into cuts.
