How do I register on DelphiGlass.com?
- Go to the Sign Up page and fill in the required information. Add a username and password for faster checkout. Usernames may only contain letters and numbers, with no spaces or special characters.
- Use a valid email address that you can access. We follow a strict anti-spam / privacy policy.
- After you complete registration, watch for a confirmation email.
Can I change my username?
Usernames on DelphiGlass.com cannot be changed because they are tied to account history and feedback records. If you need a different username, we can close the current account so you can open a new one with a different email address.
For security reasons, usernames and email addresses cannot be reused once they are in our system. Contact [email protected] for help.
I can’t remember my password. What should I do?
Use the I Forgot My Password link on the login page. Enter the email address and zip code associated with the account, and DelphiGlass.com will email your password.
How do I close my account?
Please contact [email protected] and we can help close the account for you.
Why does registration say my email address is already in use?
Once an email address is registered on DelphiGlass, it cannot be reused for a different account. You may close extra accounts by contacting [email protected], but the original email addresses still cannot be reused.
