How do I register on DelphiGlass.com?
- Go to the Sign Up page and fill in the required information.
Fill in the and password fields for faster checkout.
Username can only be alphanumeric characters (letter and numbers); no spaces or special characters.
Make sure the email address you enter is valid email address. (we have a strict
anti-spam / privacy policy)
- After you complete the first register page, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I change my username?
Usernames on DelphiGlass.com cannot be changed, as this breaks our database and undermines our feedback system.
We can close the account for you so that you can open a new one, but you will need to use a different email
address and none of your information will be carried over. For security reasons usernames and emails can't be
reused once they are in our system. Please contact
[email protected] to do this.
I can't remember my password, what should I do?
If you cannot remember your password, just click on the
"I Forgot My Password"
link on the login page. Enter your email address and zip code associated with the account, and DelphiGlass.com will
email you your password.
How do I close my account?
Please contact
[email protected] to have your account closed
When I try to register, it says my email address is already in use. What does this mean?
Once an email address is registered on DelphiGlass, it can never be reused for a different account. You may close
your extra accounts by contacting
[email protected],
but the email addresses still cannot be reused.
