Delphi is constantly adding to the products we have in stock. We look to the art industry, talk to customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and our own Delphi artists and instructors to bring you new supplies. Can I pick up my order in Lansing, Michigan?

Yes. Pick-up orders can be placed through the website. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before you plan to pick up your order.

You can also call in pick-up orders. Contact our storefront staff directly at 517.394.4685 or toll free at 1.800.248.2048 and ask for a store associate for assistance.

Where are your sale items?

Delphi's Sales Specials are easy to find. Sale items are broken out by product category to make shopping easier, and some sale items are in limited supply.

To find our Clearance items, use the clearance tab at the top of the website. You can also sign up for Delphi's E-Mail Newsletter to hear about specials first.

Where are your new items?

New products are constantly added to DelphiGlass.com. Find them in New Products.

You can also hear about new products by signing up for Delphi's RSS Feed or E-Mail Newsletter.

What if I cannot find the product I'm looking for?

Delphi is happy to special order an item for you whenever possible. We're known for doing whatever we can to help you find what you need.

Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

When you find an item you would like to purchase, click the add to cart or Buy button. This takes you to the shopping cart, where you can change quantities, continue shopping, or check out.

If you are shopping with a catalog, you can also look up items by entering their item number in the search field at the top of the page.

What is the Express Order Form?

Express Order lets you enter item numbers into an electronic form so you can build your cart quickly when you already know what you want.

Click send items to cart when finished, then review, modify, continue shopping, or check out from there.

Will creating an account make ordering easier?

Yes. Creating an account saves you from reentering your contact information during checkout and makes it easier to manage your details later.

Is my order information secure?

Delphi offers a Safe Shopping Guarantee. Your credit card information is protected with 128-bit encryption technology for secure e-commerce transactions.

Can I mail in an order with payment?

Yes. Orders can be mailed to Delphi Creativity Center, 3380 E. Jolly Rd. Lansing, MI 48910. Delphi accepts payment by check or money order.

Mail orders may take extra time due to postal delivery and processing. Use this printable Order Form.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

Some items can be placed on back order. If that option is available, you will see a link that says Click Here to Backorder. Sheet glass that is out of stock does not offer back-ordering.

Most back orders become available within 30 days. Please contact Delphi if you have questions about a back ordered item.

If something I order is back ordered, will the rest of my order still ship?

Domestic retail orders can be held until complete or allowed to ship available items immediately, with back ordered items sent later.

International and wholesale orders automatically hold until all back ordered items are available.

I was told my order was updated. What does that mean?

An update happens when our system shows an item as available but warehouse staff cannot pull the quantity needed. In that case, the item is placed on back order until it is available.

You are not charged for items that do not ship. Because we do not back order sheet glass or came, those items are cancelled and would need to be ordered again later.

Our newsletters keep you in touch and up to date. They help you hear first about new products, online-only sales, project guides, tips, and events at Delphi and in the art community.

What types of newsletters do you offer?

Delphi offers different newsletters depending on your interests, including stained glass, mosaics, hot glass, and other specialty topics.

Use the E-mail Account Manager to sign up or change your preferences.

Gift Cards

Can I purchase gift cards online?

Yes. Gift Cards are available in various amounts. You can search for gift certificates on DelphiGlass.com or order directly from the gift card page.

Gift cards can be printed directly from your computer, or Delphi can mail them to the recipient in a gift envelope. They are redeemable online, by phone, or in-store.
