You may return art glass gifts within 14 days of receiving the work. We cannot accept returns on special orders and custom orders. You will be informed at the time of your purchase if an item is not returnable.
How to Return Artwork
Follow this simple process for returning an item:
If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, you will not be responsible for the return-shipping costs.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of the artist receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or altered. You will receive an email (if one is provided) when the artist receives your return. Artwork Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged when your receive it, please call us immediately at 1-800-248-2048 ext. 3041 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
Any order that is not a special order or custom order can be cancelled prior to the artist shipping the work. Please email us at [email protected] or call us toll free at 1-800-248-2048 ext. 3041 to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
