Art Glass Gift Gallery Return Policy

You may return art glass gifts within 14 days of receiving the work. We cannot accept returns on special orders and custom orders. You will be informed at the time of your purchase if an item is not returnable.

How to Return Artwork
Follow this simple process for returning an item:

1. Contact our Customer Care team by either emailing us at [email protected] or call us toll free at 1-800-248-2048 ext. 3041 to obtain return instructions.
2. Art items are generally returned to the artist who created them. Items purchased from the Delphi Studio line can be returned directly to Delphi Glass Corporation. In either case you will need to contact us for return instructions before shipping an item back.
3. If the art item arrived to you via FedEx, we will provide you with a FedEx Return Service label. If the art item arrived to you via a freight carrier or blanket-wrap service, we will contact the carrier and set up a time for them to retrieve the art item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Repack the piece in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to improper packaging, you will be responsible.

If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, you will not be responsible for the return-shipping costs.

Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of the artist receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or altered. You will receive an email (if one is provided) when the artist receives your return. Artwork Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged when your receive it, please call us immediately at 1-800-248-2048 ext. 3041 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.

Cancellations
Any order that is not a special order or custom order can be cancelled prior to the artist shipping the work. Please email us at [email protected] or call us toll free at 1-800-248-2048 ext. 3041 to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
