Pros : I have the swap top and am using the flat lap. I bought one arbor and master lap for each of my lapping discs. Fast, easy change overs for speedy grinding and polishing. So far, so good! Makes it easy to mark my discs as well because the 'plastic' master lap holds the marker better than metal does.
Cons : None I can see so far.
Other Thoughts : I love making it easy and saving time. Having all my lapping discs premounted is superb! Easy swapping.
