The biggest names in glass are coming to Delphi Glass and you don’t want to miss out on joining a class!
 
As glass artists, we’re always looking for ways to improve our techniques. Every day that we create something, we learn something new. But when we’re presented with an incredible opportunity to work with award-winning artists, we’ve just got to get in on it before our chance to learn from one of the greats is gone.
 
This summer, Delphi Glass is excited to present you with the opportunity to join in on classes from some very special guest instructors. You don’t want to miss your chance to sign up with these talented folks. Class space is limited to ensure you have the best and most intimate learning experience.
 
Coming up in June, there’s still some room left to join in on Joseph Cavalieri’s class for stained glass painting. If you’re not familiar with Cavalieri’s work, he owns and runs the CAVAglass Studios in New York City. His projects are amazing, showcasing his expertise in hand-painted, silk-screened and airbrushed stained glass. It’s amazingly unique and if you sign up now, you’ll have the opportunity to work with him during a special 3-day modern glass painting class from Friday, May 20th through Sunday, May 22nd.
 
Are you more of a mosaicist? Then get ready for Carol Shelkin, who will be coming to Delphi Glass in June. Shelkin creates some of the most beautiful mosaic work we have ever seen. Her designs are very intricate and simply breathtaking. Shelkin will be teaching 3 different classes between Friday, June 3rd and Monday, June 6th, one of them being a 2-day event. Come meet Shelkin and learn her unique techniques for mosaic work.
 
Do you want to learn more about fused glass and fused mosaics? Then sign up for classes with Wesley Wong this July. Wong’s art practically comes to life with the use of delicate patterns and vibrant colors. Like Shelkin, Wong will be guest instructing for 3 different classes, one of which will be a 2-day class. If fusing is a technique you’d like to learn more about or perfect for yourself, you shouldn’t miss out on your chance to work with Wong from Thursday, July 7th through Sunday, July 10th.
 
At the end of summer in the beginning of August, we will welcome Peter McGrain, known for his stunning stained glass projects. He’s truly done it all and with such a distinct touch that nothing seems to come close to his mastery. McGrain is an awesomely talented stained glass artist who has won prestigious awards here in the states as well as internationally. Sign up for his 4-day class before it fills up. This 4-day class will be from Tuesday, August 2nd through Friday, August 5th.
