Pros : I love the idea of being able to change out the pendant. I'm using these for my summer show and expecting big success! Who wouldn't like to be able to change the pendant to go with different outfits or moods!
Cons : I haven't noticed any cons, though I like the square gallery frame better than the round. The round ones seem to be thinner - hold a thinner piece of glass. I returned all of the round ones I ordered.

Pros : Looks nice!
Cons : Has a few minor scratches in the finish, which detracts a little from the polished look of the piece. Not gallery quality with scratches, more craft fair level.
Other Thoughts : Overall, Its fair to say that I may most likely purchase more of these.
