Snap on Brass Night Light Clip - 12 Pack
Great idea for a unique item to make - something different from the usual suncatchers, etc.
This product confused me. I wasn't sure how to attach the glass to the clip - glue? solder? I finally ended up gluing the piece of glass to it, because the shape I wanted did not allow for solder (there was no point where it would meet!). Luckily I also noticed that the glass can't go too far below the bar....otherwise you can't flip the switch on the plastic socket. However, once I got the glass on the bar, the tiny (teensy-weensy!) screw was almost impossible to connect. It's extremely small and hard to handle. I'm not sure what the solution should be, but maybe a spring clip would work better? Also, no matter how tight I made the screw, the piece still rotated on the plastic socket.
As I said...this is a GREAT idea...but I'm not wild about the design of the product.
