Bio

I am a single professional female living in Massachusetts. I am an executive assistant by day, and a formerly closeted craftsperson by night. I've always been fairly crafty, trying various mediums - knitting (which I still do), counted cross stitch and needlepoint, painting, to name a few. But I've always wanted to try stained glass, and for some reason I never did until I finally took my first workshop in February 2018. Before I'd left the parking lot from that introductory 3-hour workshop, I'd already signed up for the 6-week class and took another 6-week class after that (and a few more since then). I was hooked! I now have a studio in my home where I spend time most evenings after work and much of my weekends. I love working with different textures of glass and trying new things. I am also teaching stained glass classes at an area regional technical high school, and love sharing the creativity and excitement!
