Bio

I've been fusing glass for the past 4 years. I work out of a nearby gallery that teaches classes in stained glass, fused glass, torch enameling, painting, and jewelry making. I draw my inspiration from my past experience as a porcelain artist who loved experimenting with colored stains in my clay body. Flowing shapes and vivid colors of glass have taken my artwork to a new level. I started out making jewelry, but now include much larger fused glass pieces, in my portfolio. I have created a line of interchangeable fused glass jewelry that I call Shifting Stones. It allows the wearer to change shapes or colors of cabochons that are worn as rings, bracelets, pendants, brooches, or earrings. I believe that I have a very unique style that is truly my own.
