Bio

Since I was a teenager I have been obsessed with glass art. I started glass blowing in high school in Detroit at the Center for Creative studies. I followed glass artists work before the internet was available in that realm. I achieved my BFA in art photography from Syracuse University and opened a photo studio in Michigan. I closed to be a full time Mom. Now that my children are older, and I live in a town in Florida without any glass blowing, I started looking into fused glass and began playing with glass in a new way, one I could do from home. I turned my garage into a studio and have been so excited to create with glass again. More of my work can be found on my website www.sarahannestudios.com
