Bio

I grew up with a profound connection to nature, enhanced by daily walks in the woods, bird watching, and fishing in the creek near my home. I love exploring earth, tree, water, and rock formations. Layers of rich color and texture lie within the natural world; daily exposure to the woods and river landscapes near my home continue to inspire my creative spirit and invoke my inner storyteller. I find that daily exploration and creation help me create meaningful art. My art incorporates vivid colors and organic shapes in glass mosaics that celebrate nature, animals, adventure, and fantasy. Glass mosaics are the perfect match for my love of intricate puzzles, color, and light. They give a sense of looking through a window, into the layers of nature, and the discovery of something mysterious and beautiful.
