Bio

Welcome! I am a stained glass artist with a particular love of vivid colors and cathedral glass. I love to design projects intended to light the space around them as well as shine on their own. My first inspiration was a stained glass mosaic candle that my family would light through the holiday season during my childhood. Since then I have taken further influence from architecture such as La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona and Nasir Al-Mulk Mosque in Iran. I hope you enjoy my work, and I will soon link my Etsy shop once I am able to spend enough time to sell.

This yellow is beautiful! Just as pictured, it's rich, warm, and delightfully sunny. I love oceanside for their vivid and highly saturated cathedral glass. This yellow seems to transmit joy!

Other Thoughts
This transmits light very well. If you want to make a window or panel that will transmit the image when sunlight shine through, this glass is perfect for the job. The gentle texture causes minimal to no disruption.

This is a nice purple that works very well for abstract pieces.

Cons
The color is slightly less warm/vivid than in the picture, but close enough that it wasn't a big deal for me.

I honestly got this sheet without a plan, just because the color looked so spectacular! It's exactly as shown, extremely rich color and thick, watery texture. I can't wait to find a use for it, it looks and feels luxurious!

Cons
None that I have found with it yet!

Other Thoughts
If you want this glass to take the spotlight, don't pair it with lighter colors. Because it's so saturated even though it's transparent it doesn't transmit light as well as thinner/lighter transparents and even pale opals, and will appear dim if set beside them. This is fine and beautiful in its own right if you just want this color as an accent though.

The color is very rich and texture is a nice rough-rolled feel. Great navy for being a transparent glass!

Cons
It's very slightly brighter/more transparent than in the picture. I might actually call it midnight blue rather than navy, because it lacks some of the blackishness I associate with navy even though the picture seems to show it. It's probably difficult to achieve true navy without losing transparency though.

Other Thoughts
I haven't explored other navy transparent sheets but I suspect this is the best you can find without going semi-transparent or opal. I'm very happy with it!
