I like the large contact area of this plate. It is easier to attach to glass pieces. I like these better than the small bails.		 Cons
I would like the chain loop to be larger to accommodate a larger and stronger chain.		 Other Thoughts

The earrings I made using these square plates came out beautifully. The silver outline from the squares really set off the colors in the glass cabochon that was the inlay. I received rave reviews from the recipients of the earrings!		 Cons
