Pros
cuts precise deep curves

Cons
After using the two blades that came with my 3000 for 2 years, I thought I'd learned how to cut to preserve the new blade. Wrong. This blade only lasted 4 months. When you start seeing black flakes, it's all over, blade is gong to break. Will try more expensive blade and only use on most difficult cuts.

Other Thoughts
be very careful not to pull or tug your glass in any way as that puts pressure on blade.
