WaterhouseJones's Profile
Bio
I learnt to do stained glass in Houston, Texas in about 1979. During my working life I had little time to do any, but since retiring have made about 30 pictures. I recently added a kiln to my studio, which I use mainly for modifying glass to incorporate into my stained glass pictures. All my pictures are mounted in framed light boxes which I also make. I don't sell my pictures - I prefer to give them as presents. My favourite artists are the English pre-Raphaelites, and in particular John William Waterhouse. I have executed many of his paintings in stained glass, and have also made a triptych in fused glass.
