Tile Creator Artistic Software
There are no pros to this product.
I worked with support for 17 days and could not get this software to work correctly. Although the support guy seemed nice the product is inferior and needs updating in a bad way. The CD would not register. They sent me a zip file and it would not register but I did have functionality. I created a pattern and the software skewed (twisted) the design and foreshortened the picture. Their programmers are still working on it. I accidentally checked the wrong box when installing it and any picture on my computer that ended in .jpg was turned into a Tile Creator file when I opened it. They told me to reinstall but I reinstalled three different ways and it never gave me the option to get out of that. Finally I took TCA off my computer completely and some of my .jpg files are contaminated (looking for TCA) but at least I now have the option to open the files in a different software program. The manual is out of date. In a sentence, don't bother with this software. I wasted my money.
This company appears to be going through growing pains. The website listed on the box is not even the correct website. The telephone numbers in the manual and on the box are incorrect. All in all, in my opinion, they need to pull this product off the market until they get their act together.
