Zephyr + Diamond Ring Saw
I imported this saw to New Zealand at considerable expense and was mortified when I immediately struck problems with breaking blades. Gryphon was absolutely exceptional with their back up service, twice sending over replacement blades, wheels and inserts at no cost to me. With the exchange of photos via email, the problem was eventually spotted and with new wheels, rubber inserts and another blade so we could set the saw up correctly in an 'as new' condition, the problem was solved. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Gryphon and would happily recommend a Gryphon product to anyone.
