Bio

As a self-taught mosaic artist, I have been working primarily with stained glass for the past 7 years. Recently, I have begun exploring the copper foil method of stained glass as an alternative to mosaics. My subject matter often includes birds, flowers, or both. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. I found that the formal training I received in drawing and painting was the most enjoyable aspect of the program. The majority of my career has been spent exploring many different areas of art, including house portraits in watercolors and pen & ink, wall murals, note cards and greeting cards of local area landmarks, and collage.
