Bio

My Name Is Susan Bernard. Glasslight Studio and I have been in business 27 years.....WOW! I live in a rural town in Southern California. Bonsall is about 45 miles north of San Diego. My studio is on our property, although I had a storefront in a town close by, in the late 80's. I still love glass after all these years. I enjoy designing projects and selecting the glass samples to show to my clients. It's like choosing pieces of paint. That being said, I think the most exciting part of leaded glass is finally seeing the light enliven a panel after installation. The delight in my clients face when their vision becomes a reality, something they can appreciate, something that started with their vision, never gets old. It is ALWAYS an unexpected expierance and pleasure.
