Pros
"This thing is awesome", or so my wife says. I got it for her and she says it saves hers a ton of time. It is solidly built and very easy to use.		 Cons
For my part, the only thing that I can see is that it is was built a little hastily in the factory. The details in how it was assembled were clearly ignored. (for example the top block is crocked and the particle board showing) It may effect its performance down the road but for now it is just cosmetic.
