Love the gold royal, December 12, 2013 4 stars
Pros
Be very careful in handling glass so as NOT to remove foil backing. Read instructions on this website for how to fire. My thoughts on tac fusing may not be working because the glass doesn't fully fuse to the layer underneath the royal glass. Perhaps air or water can get between the layers and cause a bad effect. I've always taken it up slowly to a full fuse and never had any come off or fade or not come out looking awesome. I do not have an automatic control unit to watch the heat, I do it manually.

one of my favorite types of glass, December 12, 2013 4 stars
Pros
While I agree with the above comments that it is costly and metallic "can" rub off IF you get it wet BEFORE working with it; but I really love this glass (all colors) for jewelry and highlights on various pieces. It always catches my customer's eye and sells very well. The two pieces I made where the metallic kind of smudged, I put it back as best I could and those two sold faster than any of the others. Love this glass, Can't wait until they get it in other colors like purple, blue or red! My jewelry customers would go ballistic!
Cons
Pricy when using a large piece on a 10 x 10 item, as the Gallery gets 50% of my price. Makes it had to sell those pieces.
