Glass Eye 2000 Software

Pros
I seriously have no comment on any pros. The description of the software sounds much more positive than the software itself.

Cons
One of the main features of the software was that you could pick glass and plug it into your design. This feature did not work for me. I spent HOURS online with someone from Dragonfly software and even he was stumped as to why this feature did not work. This issue was NEVER resolved. Also, I really wanted the feature that figured out the cost of the glass needed for a piece. Did not work. The advice for Dragonfly, because they couldn't fix it, was "try a new operating system on your computer." I have Vista. So, without any guarantee, I need to spend another $100 or so to get a new operating system IN THE HOPE that this software will work. I updated to a semi-professional system, so I spent close to $400 for NOTHING!!! I don't recommend this software.

Other Thoughts
I had a customer rep actually get on my computer and navigate to figure out why certain features would not work. He could not figure it out. So, I was left high and dry. I spent over $400 for nothing
