Sghobbyman comment on Stained Glass Light Fixture!
April 22, 2014

Hi, not sure if same post already posted so I apologize if this is a repeat. Anyway, I am new to all of this also, and I'm sure an experienced person might know without having to ask, but I was wondering if you used a kiln to bend the beautiful piece of blue glass in this picture. If so, how big or how small of a kiln; is it a simple one to operate or complex? The reason I ask is because I have had several ideas of my own that I have been playing around with in my head for a while now, and I was just wondering about that kind of thing. Thanks, and I love this piece!

Lead Came, October 31, 2010 3 stars
Pros
Cheaper because its rolled and bagged.
Cons
None, that I know of. Like I say , I am new to this, so really I don't have anything to compare it to yet.
Other Thoughts
I'm very new to Stained glass work, especially to lead came. I really couldn't tell size by looking at pic on website. I bought this to get an idea of what it was like. Really not at all what I was expecting, or hoping. Need something with a deeper channel. I believe I could do some excellent work with the right came.
