Pros
This is a nice tool which I used in a glass shop about a year ago.		 Cons
Unfortunately, the tool does not come with the Beetle Bits System, though I cannot figure out why they would not include it. Also, NO instructions.

Once I get the cutter--you have to purchase separately--and instructions--did not come with the system, I'm sure it will be fine.		 Cons
I purchased my system without being told I have to order the cutter separately. So now I have the system and no cutter. Also, the system came with NO--NONE--ZILCH--instructions. BIG PROBLEM since I live HOURS away from anyone who can show me how to use it! Now I have to wait for the company to respond to my request for instructions.		 Other Thoughts
Unless you have used one of these in a shop, DON'T buy it.
