Bio

My name is Catherine Phelps. I made my first stained glass project when I was seventeen years old. Over the years I have made many projects ranging from lamps, to windows, to wind chimes, kitchen cabinet custom glass doors,and mosaics. Although I have done several projects on commission, most of my works I have done as gifts to friends, family, and other special people who enter my life. I am at my most creative when developing custom pieces based on what people love and what inspires them. My preferred medium is cooper foil as it allows me to capture the detail of the pieces I create. Stained glass is a hobby that can be enjoyed by both the young and old.
