This is a great project for a newer person in glass to work with. Being an overlay also gives one experience to do a little more difficult project sooner.

Cons
Directions could be a little more detailed

All the ladies that I have helped make these really like the final results.

What a great soldering iron. Have been working with glass over 30 years and this is by far the best iron I have ever had the joy of using. Very light and comfortable to hold

Other Thoughts
This iron cuts down the fatigue of holding an iron for long periods of time. Great tool.

Pros
Truly a Great tool to cut smaller pieces. Cuts down on wrist fatigue, allowing one to cut far more pieces than one would be able to cut without getting fatigued using a a hand held cutting tool.

Cons
Due to throat limitation one has to cut large sheet of glass down before starting to make detail cutting.

Other Thoughts
Excellent tool for a person that has wrist fatigue or pain.
