Pros
An elegant form that makes for some interesting light play on the plate. Fits in a small kiln, but is big enough to create useful plates, for example for dessert or tapas.

Cons
None I can think of.

Pros
Nice shape. Good instructions - I thought the firing temperature sounded a bit low, but it worked perfectly.

Cons
If you have a small kiln (like me), you'll have to fire the base and the lid separately, so if you also have to fire polish (which is likely), this will keep your kiln occupied for four days.

Easy to close and open, easy to change the pendant. Looks good without distracting from the pendant.

Cons
As others have mentioned, it would be nice if it came in other sizes, too.
