Lots of assembly details that could most likely be paired down to a simpler form.		 Other Thoughts
I think someone needs to review the assembly/use instructions to see if it could be made much simpler. Otherwise a good product

@Eric S. Eric, I have found that with some irons the hot spot is actually about 1/4 inch from the tip. Not sure if this is why the solder won't stick to your iron or not but just wanted to offer that up.

do you have a setup recommendation for an arched panel? I know you can use wood or the aluminum layout blocks for square or rectangular panels, but this has me a bit stumped as I've not done this type of panel.
