Pros
Easy to use - and pretty quick too - eliminates most of the mess of making your own frit. I used it along with the frit sifters which are awesome too!

Cons
None that I can think of!

Both of the nightlights are a nice size. plenty of room for design. Easy to cut the glass to the shape
