Bio

After taking a stained glass stepping stone class many years ago, I decided to try mosaics. My first mosaic was a bowl which I named "First Attempt". That was the beginning of my love for creating mosaics with glass. My first mosaics were smaller projects like picture frames, trays, bird houses,etc. I now mainly make mosaic signs for people and prefer to work on larger projects rather than smaller ones. I create my own patterns from pictures rather than using pattern books, so my work is original design. I am not a trained artist so am learning everyday.
