Bio

Marta Lichlyter, an Albuquerque artist, has been creating glass art since returning to the US from Norway in 2005. Marta’s designs of larger functional glass works have been displayed at a variety of art festivals around Albuquerque since 2008. These festivals include: Go! Downtown Albuquerque Arts Festival (Juried) in 2008, and the Placitas Holiday Sale in 2015 and 2016. Her work has also been displayed and sold at Weems Gallery in Albuquerque. She continues to develop her ideas for fused glass and to display her work in the many galleries in Albuquerque.
