Pros
Very cute idea. Though described as bear paw, looks enough like dog to be used for same.

Cons
Mold is seriously imbalanced. Paw is not centered which makes it difficult to place, but the big problem is that it is not weighted properly and thus sinks to the claw side and leaves indentation from edge of mold. Very unsatisfactory.

Pros
Seems to not stick to opaque glass nearly as much as Bullseye. Sheet remains almost intact after normal flring and may possibly survive another firing, though i have not checked. Overall, much less of a mess to work with with less dust flying around after firing (always a good thing!).

Cons
None noted.

Splash Shield With Bottle

Pros
Always had trouble with a water source for grinding (not impressed with the little sponge business)and this works great. Used a clothes pin to anchor tubing to face shield over grinder and can now position dripping water exactly where I want it. Did have to think about what to set it on as my grinder is on a small, movable cart and there was not enough room for the wing span of this device. I put a dish drainer tray underneath the grinder and it is a perfect fit. If I grind for a long time, water pools at the edge that normally goes into the sink and I can put a papertowel there to keep it from dripping onto the floor.

Cons
As above, need to provide "counter" space large enough to accommodate the wingspan.
